Creating a Blog.

Seriously, this is some tiring work.  Luckily, I had Katie Gibson to help me out and teach me the ways, haha.

So, since this is my first blog post, you may be thinking, "Who the hell is this girl?  What is she like?  Why should I read her blog?"

In response to your first question:  My name is Shelby.
In response to number two:  I'm about 5'5".  Average in most respects.  Eye color?  Changes daily.  Hair color? Changes biannually.  Nail polish?  Changes every twenty minutes.  Opinions?  Pretty strong.  Thoughts?  Too many (as you will soon learn).
In response to your last question:  I can't really give you a valid answer to that.  Maybe you'll read this because you have absolutely nothing better to do.  Or maybe it's because you really don't like me and you need dirt to tell your friends.  Maybe this will become a favorite of yours simply because you find joy in the averageness of my life.  No matter what your reason(s), I'm glad you're reading!

Here are some basic things about me:
-For the past four years, I have been dating the most amazing guy ever... Tony Garza.  We've been together since our freshman year of high school, and now we practically live together, haha.
-I attend Texas A&M University.
-During my freshman year of college (2010-2011), I met Katie Gibson, who has become pretty much my best friend.  We're basically twins separated at birth.  Ask anyone who has ever met the both of us.  The cause?  Extra-terrestrial forces... If I had a super cool video, I would put the link here... But I don't.
-I'm kind of a grammar nut.  Although, on this little blogging adventure, I'll probably make a few mistakes and such.  But it's because I choose to type my thoughts the way that I would say them out loud...
-I HATE THE COMMERCIALS ON YOUTUBE VIDEOS.
-My favorite Spanish phrase: "Tomala papa!"
-I have some serious pet peeves...  My biggest one: when people smack/chew with their mouths open.  GROSS.  Just stop it, people.  It's not hard.
-I think that when I turn 19, it's highly likely that terrible things are going to happen.  I'm a tad bit superstitious... And my theory is that something awful will happen, which is probably a bad thing to think, but I'm reasonably certain that it will come down to that.
-I hate the apartment complex that I'm currently in.  I can't wait for next year.  Sophomore year should be mostly pleasant (except for the potential bad thing).

Anyways, have a good evening/early morning!  I'll do my best to post something every day/night.

~Shelby Elizabeth.
